As a sales oriented Trainer (Sales Trainer), I am conducting two kinds of trainings, soft skills such as prospecting and sales psychology and product sales trainings in the areas of HMI supervisory and MES solutions (value/benefit propositions with hands on parts and demos). 2. Coaching
I am offering business coaching either on a one on one basis or in groups. Business coaching is the practice of providing support and occasional advice to an individual or group in order to help them recognize ways in which they can improve the effectiveness of their business. I work with you to improve leadership, employee accountability, teamwork, sales, communication, goal setting, strategic planning and more.
In addition, I am doing mediation, i.e. solving conflicts through non violent communication strategies.
